Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is usually between 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country, supplier processing time and local delivery services.

Some orders may take longer due to customs checks, high demand, holidays, weather issues or courier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been processed.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bestpricy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
